The 'Crazy Little Holiday' – Part 2
It was up to Wednesday when I finished off last time, and now when we pick the story from my 'Crazy Little Holiday' back up it's the Friday, two days later.
I'm with the guys, we're at a crazy pre-party, with a crowd I don't normally socialise with (I don't do drugs), wondering if the hot bartender would be out tonight. The atmosphere was increasing with every beer that went down, when suddenly one of my best friends' little sisters (who is also like a little sister to me) enters. I was shocked, what was this sweet little girl, my 'little sister' doing at this party. She was thinking the same; “what are you doing here?” - there were obviously better places to be that night.
I just wanted to get out, down town, and have some kickass fun and hopefully meet that exotic angel – I was in the mood.
We left the pre-party, and entered down town with a blast; our energy levels were high, we smiled and laughed, we were the center of the party. One of our first stops was a club called 'Entrepreneurs' – a coffee/restaurant/bar sort of place, where people come to meet and chat (there's no dance floor).
There she is. I can see her standing there talking with someone I know. I walk up, not looking at her, and stop right before her to start talking to a girl I know from college. The game is on, I have to use all the tricks in the book. I don't pay the bartender any attention.
After talking to this hotty from college for a while, I walk straight up to the exotic bartender, and say in a direct, somehow shocked manner; “Where did you go, on Wednesday...?" She smiled, and said told me she didn't know. We agreed we were both quite drunk, and laughed. I said we had something to catch up on tonight, and smiled with my eyes looking into hers, holding her gaze.
Then I went onto busting on her; teasing her, making her laugh, a lot – girls love this. I told her we should go downstairs, to the nightclub we were at two days earlier. She was hesitating, but I said again to come, without waiting for her to reply.
She joined me downstairs, where we went over and talked to a mutual friend of ours, who was also a female bartender. I have to note the obvious here; these are some of the hardest girls to pick up, considering they get so much attention and 'offers' every night at work. You have to play your game tight with these girls.
Now was the time to put some serious body language into action. I was laid back in every way, my body language, the way I talked, what I was saying. These were all portraying the values that I was a man in control (the bartender friend we were talking to later told me I went into total pick up position ; - ). We danced, and walked back to the bar...
Wow, I didn't realise how much I'd just written. I might leave it there for today and tell you the rest of the story tomorrow.
Look forward to speaking with you then.
Best thoughts,
Costas Elvito
